Hi am a disabled momma and caregiver to two special needs children. My husband and I applied for a loan and was pre authorized. Ok fast forward, six months later still haven’t closed. Now progressive has falsely reported a claim on his credit now we can’t close. Mind you had people at bank not dropped ball months ago we would have closed already.

I’m so frustrated. This was one shot, now it’s gone this house is killing us it’s toxic and we can afford to move over and over nor am I physically able to. I just wanna give up.
