I was evicted on my birthday, June 23, 2020. My kids had decided to have a little something for my birthday, so my daughter, daughter-in-law, grandson, son and his friend got the grill together. I made a quick stop to go pick up my baby girl from work, and when we were pulling up back home, the young lady that lived next to us was heading toward my apartment.

I got out and asked her what was going on. She began telling me about something that had happened the week before between her and a gentleman with her where they had had words. I told her and the gentleman to leave my apartment because they were arguing, and it was my birthday and I didn’t want drama at my place. The next thing I know, the girl’s boyfriend came out shooting, and the gentleman shot back. After it all calmed down, the cops came and the lady told the cops what happened. She was the one that had called the cops, and they put me in the police report because the girl’s boyfriend had put a bullet hole in my son’s car. The police said we were victims, so I don’t understand how I ended up getting evicted over this.

There’s a lot of fake stuff going on at housing authority, but nobody wants to do anything about it. They have their picks, and I think it’s wrong. I even lost my voucher because of this. They took it away. There are people out there shooting and everything still to this day. But I will let God handle my enemies for me. I could literally write a book about how they did me and everybody out there because they don’t do their jobs. I took pictures of everything that they didn’t fix. I even called for a lawyer, but they didn’t want to help.
