My life has been in danger ever since my horrible eviction from my home of 60 years which I inherited half of. It was where I grew up and was sole caregiver to my Dad who passed away in 2017. When my dad passed away suddenly, my brother sold the house out from underneath me and evicted me.

He lied to the Sheriff so he wouldn’t have to come back the next day which allowed him to take everything I owned for 60 years. I only had one pair of shoes and the clothes on my back. Probate court allowed all the vultures to come out and take advantage of me, from the lawyers to the reality company and the people who paid way under what my home was worth. I lost most of my inheritance. It has been a little over a year now that I have been homeless and staying with who I thought was my boyfriend and helping me with this nightmare, but I have been beaten by him, mentally and physically, with 3 beatings almost killing me. I can’t leave, he won’t let me and when I try it always leads to beatings. I don’t know if I am going to make it and need the money I lost in court to save my life. What am I to do, everyone is ignoring my plea for help???
